Please review the following terms and conditions to determine if your order or items ordered may be returned or exchanged. If an item does not fully meet your expectations and meets all the conditions listed below. For any return, you have 30 days to return your items if they are eligible for our return policy. Please note that handling, shipping, and transaction fees will apply. We are not responsible for any errors on the part of the customer, and they will be responsible for the fees associated with their error.

1 – Non-refundable items and services

The following services and items are non-refundable: assembly fees, nailing fees, any transactional and/or administrative fees, handling fees, any additional transfer and/or delivery fees, as well as any product declared as final sale or on clearance. Products must be returned in their new condition and never installed and/or used. If the returned product is damaged or has been used, the merchandise may be returned to you, and therefore, fees will be charged.

2 – Steel, alloy wheels, and accessories

For any purchase of steel wheels and rims, no returns will be accepted, it is your responsibility to ensure that the wheels ordered fit your vehicle perfectly. In the event that we accept the return of your steel wheels or rims, they must never have been used, installed, or damaged by handling, and applicable fees will be charged, see paragraph 1. Accessories such as bolts, centering rings, valves, and sensors are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3 – Transportation costs

Transportation costs are non-refundable unless there has been an error on our part regarding the product(s) received by the customer, in which case, the customer must inform us within 30 days. For any other eventuality, transportation and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Liqui Pneus and ONLY Liqui Pneus will arrange for the carrier of its choice to pick up the items.

4 – Defectiveness

If you ever receive a defective item, the applicable return procedure will be that of the manufacturer of the item. The warranty offered on products sold by Liqui Pneus is that of the manufacturers and is subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty in question. Refer to the warranty section of our website.

5 – Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, it is possible, however, you must notify us of your cancellation quickly before the tires are shipped to limit the fees that will be charged to you. Transaction fees for the operation will be charged to you as well as handling and delivery fees if applicable.

6 – Refund method

Once we have received your item(s) and they meet all the required return criteria, we will proceed with the refund. This will be done on the payment method you used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days before you see the refund on your payment method.
