RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Read the following terms and conditions to determine whether your order or the items ordered can be returned or exchanged. If an item does not fully meet your expectations and meets all of the conditions listed below.

For any return you have 30 days to return your items, if they are eligible for our return policy. Please be aware that there will be applicable handling, shipping and transaction fees. We are not responsible for any error on the part of the customer and they will have to bear the costs related to their error.

1 – Non-refundable items and services
Here are the services and items for which there will be no refund: assembly costs, nailing costs, any transactional and / or administrative costs, any handling costs, any additional transfer and / or delivery costs as well. than any product declared as final sale or in liquidation.
The products must be returned in their new condition and never having been installed and / or used. If the returned product is damaged or has been used, the merchandise may be returned to you and therefore you will be charged a fee.

2 – Steel, alloy rims and accessories
For any purchase of steel rims and wheels, no return will be accepted, it is your responsibility to ensure that the wheels ordered fit perfectly to your vehicle, in the event that we accept the return of your rims or steel wheels, these must never have been used, installed and / or have handling damage and the applicable costs will be charged to you, see paragraph 1.
Accessories such as bolt, centering ring, valve and sensor are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3 – Transport costs
Transport costs are not refundable unless there has been an error on our part on the product (s) received by the customer, at that time, the customer must inform us within a period of less than 30 days. For any other eventuality, the costs of transport and return are the responsibility of the customer. Liqui Pneus and ONLY Liqui Pneus will send the carrier of its choice to collect the items.

4 – Defects
IF you ever receive a defective item, the applicable return procedure will be that of the item manufacturer. The warranty offered on the products sold by Liqui Pneus is that of the manufacturers and is subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty referred to.

5 – Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, this is possible, however you will have to notify us of your cancellation quickly before the tires are shipped in order to limit the costs that will be charged to you. The transactional costs of the operation will be charged to you as well as the handling and delivery costs if applicable.

6 – Refund method
Once we have received your item (s) and they meet all required return criteria, we will issue a refund. This will be done on the means of payment that you will have used during the purchase. It may take 5-10 business days for you to see the refund on your payment method.
