Appointment without a purchase: a $50.00 deposit paid through Clover is required to confirm the time slot, and it is applied to the final invoice.
This deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the appointment, subject to the mandatory rights provided by law.
Purchase with installation: the items and the installation are paid in full before booking. A cancellation less than 48 hours ahead or a delay of more than 15 minutes cancels the time slot, and $50.00 of the installation price is retained. Items already paid for remain the customer's property and can be picked up. A new installation must be booked and paid in full.
Wheel locks: the customer must leave the key or adapter in the cup holder of the centre console. A 15-minute search is charged $31.49 before taxes. If the key is lost, forgotten or still not found after the vehicle has been brought into and out of the shop, 30 minutes are charged $62.98 before taxes.
