Simple, fast and well-managed delivery with Liqui Pneus
At Liqui Pneus, we want to make buying tires, wheels and accessories as simple as possible. Whether you order online or with help from our team, we offer clear delivery options adapted to your order and address.
Our delivery service is available in areas served by our carrier partners, including Delivro, as well as any other carrier used by Liqui Pneus depending on availability, product type and destination.
Regular delivery
Regular delivery is generally completed within 4 to 7 business days after the order is processed.
This timeframe may vary depending on product availability, where the tires or wheels are coming from, the time of year, supplier delays, weather conditions, holidays or peak periods.
For special orders, products coming from another province or products requiring supplier confirmation, the delay may be longer. In these cases, our team will evaluate the timeline and contact you if needed.
Free delivery with the purchase of 4 tires and/or 4 wheels
Free delivery is offered with the purchase of 4 eligible tires and/or 4 eligible wheels, only in areas served by Delivro or an eligible carrier partner.
Examples:
Purchase of 4 eligible tires: free regular delivery if the address is eligible.
Purchase of 4 eligible wheels: free regular delivery if the address is eligible.
Purchase of 4 tires with accessories: free regular delivery may apply if the address is eligible.
Purchase of 4 tires and $10 in accessories: free regular delivery may apply if the address is eligible.
Free delivery always depends on the delivery area, product type, carrier availability and applicable conditions.
Accessory delivery
For orders made up only of accessories, free delivery is offered from $200 in accessories before taxes, subject to the address being in an eligible area.
If your cart contains only accessories and the total is under $200 before taxes, delivery fees will apply.
Important: if your cart contains 4 eligible tires and/or 4 eligible wheels with accessories, the free delivery rule for tires or wheels may apply. You therefore do not need $200 in accessories if your order already contains 4 eligible tires and/or 4 eligible wheels.
Express delivery
Liqui Pneus may offer an $80 express delivery option for eligible tires and wheels.
The estimated timeframe for express delivery is generally 1 to 3 business days, except in special cases.
This timeframe may be extended if the tires or wheels come from another province, if the order is a special order, if a supplier has a delay or if the carrier cannot meet the planned timeline.
If you paid for express delivery and Liqui Pneus determines that the express timeline cannot be met because products are coming from another province or a special delay applies, we may refund the express delivery fee if you decide to keep your order.
Special orders and products not available locally
Some tires, wheels or accessories may be considered special orders. This can include products not kept in regular inventory, products ordered specifically from a supplier or products coming from another warehouse or another province.
Special orders may have longer timelines than regular delivery. Our team will inform you when possible if a specific delay applies to your order.
Address validation and service areas
Delivery is offered only in eligible areas served by our carrier partners.
At checkout, your delivery address may be validated to confirm:
whether delivery is available;
whether free delivery applies;
whether additional fees are required;
whether an express option is available;
whether pickup at the shop is preferable.
Liqui Pneus reserves the right to modify or refuse a delivery if the address is not served, if the real fees are abnormally high or if the carrier cannot complete the delivery under reasonable conditions.

You can also choose to pick up your order directly at our Laval shop when this option is available.

Inspection on delivery
We recommend inspecting your products as soon as you receive them.
If you notice visible damage, a product error, a missing product or damaged packaging, contact Liqui Pneus quickly and keep the packaging.
Tires, wheels or accessories that have been installed, used, driven, modified or damaged are generally not returnable.
