Liqui Pneus customer service

Warranty request

Complete this form to submit a warranty claim. Requests are analyzed according to our warranty conditions. See warranty conditions

Step 1

Customer identification

This information is used to link the request to your file, your invoice and our internal follow-ups.

Step 2

Invoice and product

A valid invoice is required. Product details help direct the case to the correct manuinvoicer.

Step 3

Warranty claim details

Describe the problem and the context of use. Road damage or poor maintenance are generally excluded from manuinvoicer warranties.

Does the problem appear to be caused by an impact, pothole, nail, cut, curb or other road hazard?
Has the product been repaired, modified or replaced since the problem?
Step 4

Evidence and inspection

Add the available information. Liqui Pneus or the manuinvoicer may request further evidence before making a decision.

Have you retained the product for inspection?
Do you have evidence of maintenance or rotation?
Step 5

Conditions and shipping

Submitting the form opens an analysis file. It does not guarantee acceptance of the warranty.

Warranty conditions to accept

  1. Applicable guarantees The products sold by Liqui Pneus are covered by the guarantees offered by their manuinvoicers, subject to the guarantees provided for by applicable laws. Liqui Pneus does not offer any additional commercial guarantee, unless otherwise indicated in writing.
  2. Mandatory analysis A warranty claim never automatically confirms a replacement, credit or refund. The file must be analyzed by Liqui Pneus, the manuinvoicer or its authorized representative.
  3. Mandatory invoice A valid and verifiable invoice is required to open a warranty claim. The information provided must correspond to the customer, the product and the purchase.
  4. Inspectable product The product covered by the request must be retained and remain available for inspection until the file is closed. A product thrown away, modified or made non-inspectable may be refused.
  5. Evidence required Clear photos, description of the problem, vehicle information, installation date, mileage and proof of maintenance may be required depending on the type of warranty.
  6. Common exclusions Damage caused by impact, pothole, puncture, improper inflation, overloading, misalignment, improper maintenance, improper installation or abnormal use is generally not covered.
  7. Manuinvoicer decision For a manuinvoicer's warranty, the final decision generally rests with the manuinvoicer, its authorized representative or designated inspection center.
  8. Unguaranteed fees Installation, dismantling, balancing, alignment, delivery, towing, storage, rental or external garage costs are not automatically covered.
  9. Security If a product shows any sign of danger, the customer should stop using it immediately and consult a qualified professional.
  10. Accurate information Any incomplete, inaccurate or false information may slow down the analysis or lead to the refusal of the request.
  11. Emergency purchase A replacement purchase made before the approval of the file remains the responsibility of the customer as long as the guarantee is not accepted.
  12. Communication For any particular situation, the customer must contact Liqui Pneus before replacing, repairing, throwing away or modifying the product concerned.
