Customer identification

The phone number is used to verify the customer account in GEM-Car when the integration is configured.

Invoice information

The invoice must be valid and verifiable. A request older than 30 days is automatically refused.

Condition of items

These responses are recorded. Items installed or used cannot be returned.

Have the item(s) been installed?

How do you want to return the items?

Your request will be analyzed. If it is accepted, you can return the items to our Laval branch. A refund is not guaranteed until items have been inspected.

A fee of $125 + taxes is required to send a carrier to pick up the items. These fees are not refundable if the returned items do not meet the return conditions.

Conditions and shipping

The form never guarantees a refund. The final inspection remains mandatory.

Return conditions to accept

  1. Return time Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on the invoice. Any request received after this deadline may be automatically refused.
  2. Mandatory invoice A valid invoice is required for any return request. The invoice number provided will be verified in our GEM-Car system. If the invoice cannot be found or the information does not match, the request may be refused.
  3. Uninstalled items only Tires, wheels, rims, accessories or other items that have been installed, mounted, used on the road, tested, damaged or modified are not returnable.
  4. Mandatory inspection Any request accepted online remains conditional on the physical inspection of the items by Liquitires. Acceptance of the form does not automatically guarantee a refund.
  5. Items in perfect condition Items must be returned in new condition, unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, with their labels, packaging and accessories where applicable.
  6. False declaration If Liquitires finds that the items have been installed, used, damaged or that the customer's declaration is inaccurate, the return request will be refused. No refunds will be made for the purchase or for shipping costs paid.
  7. Return by carrier If the customer chooses the recovery option by carrier, a fee of $125 + taxes is required before sending the request. This fee covers the recovery attempt and does not guarantee approval of the return.
  8. Return refused after pickup If the items picked up by carrier do not meet the return conditions, no refund will be made. The customer will either have to pick up their order at the Laval branch, or pay a new delivery fee of $125 + taxes for the items to be returned to them.
  9. Non-refundable fees Pickup, delivery, handling or other transportation-related charges may be non-refundable if the return is refused or if the customer's statement is false or incomplete.
  10. Final analysis Liquitires reserves the right to accept or refuse a return request after checking the invoice, customer information, deadlines and the actual condition of the items.
  11. Communication For any questions or special situations, the customer must contact the branch before submitting a new request.
  12. Multiple attempts The system can record rejected requests to avoid repeated submissions with modified information for the same invoice or customer.
