Return policy
Last update: 05/15/2026
At Liqui Pneus, we want to offer a clear, professional and safe purchasing experience. This policy explains the conditions applicable to return, exchange or cancellation requests for products purchased from Liqui Pneus, whether online, in branch, by telephone, by email or through any other official sales channel.
This policy applies in particular to tires, wheels, rims, assembled assemblies, accessories, TPMS sensors, valves, automobile parts and related products sold by Liqui Pneus.
1. General principle
Returns are not automatic. Any return request must be analyzed by Liqui Pneus and remains conditional on compliance with this policy.
A return may be refused if the products do not comply with the return conditions, if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, if the invoice cannot be verified, or if the products are no longer in a condition allowing their resale as new products.
Acceptance of a request online, by telephone or by email never automatically guarantees a refund. Physical inspection of returned items may be required prior to any final decision.
2. Mandatory return request form
Any return request must be submitted using the official form available here:
No return request will be considered officially opened until the form has been completed with the required information.
The customer must provide in particular:
his full name;
his contact details;
its invoice number;
the date of purchase;
the reason for the return;
the articles concerned;
the actual condition of the items;
photos or documents requested, when necessary.
Liqui Pneus may refuse a request if the form is incomplete, if the information is inaccurate or if the requested documents are not provided.
3.Return period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice.
Any request submitted after this deadline may be automatically refused, unless required by applicable laws or exceptional written authorization from Liqui Pneus.
The 30 day period does not mean that the return is automatically accepted. The products must also comply with all other conditions provided for in this policy.
4. Mandatory invoice
A valid and verifiable invoice is required for any return request.
Liqui Pneus can verify the invoice in its internal systems. If the invoice is not found, invalid, modified, illegible or if the information does not correspond to the customer or the returned products, the request may be refused.
No refunds, exchanges or credits will be given without valid proof of purchase.
5. Products eligible for return
A product may be eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:
it was purchased from Liqui Pneus;
the request is made within the stipulated time limit;
the invoice is valid;
the product is new;
the product has never been installed;
the product has never been assembled;

the product is not damaged;
the product has not been modified;
the product is clean;
the product is complete;

the product can be resold as a new product.
Liqui Pneus reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet these conditions.

If the incorrect product is installed or used before Liqui Pneus can verify the situation, the request may be refused.
11. Product damaged upon receipt
If a product appears damaged upon receipt, the customer must notify Liqui Pneus promptly before any installation or use.
The customer must keep the packaging and provide clear photos:
of the product;
damage;

A product damaged upon receipt should never be installed or used until Liqui Pneus has analyzed it.
If the product is installed, used, driven or modified after receipt despite apparent damage, Liqui Pneus may refuse the return.
12. Defective Products and Warranties
A defective product does not necessarily fall under the return policy. It may fall under the applicable warranty policy.
Subject to the guarantees provided for by applicable laws, the products sold by Liqui Pneus are covered by the guarantees offered by the manuinvoicers.
