Utility vehicles and SUVs represent Arcfox's founding segment. The mid-size Alpha-T crossover (2020), the first production model to come out of the joint venture with Magna, paved the way, followed by variants and derivatives. The more recent Alpha-T5 generation (2023), built on an 800 V architecture, targets a wider audience with high range and a better price-to-equipment ratio. These family electric SUVs target urban and suburban buyers looking for space, comfort and connected technologies. In Quebec, these heavy, powerful vehicles particularly benefit from good winter tires, which are mandatory during the cold season; their large wheels (generally 18 to 21 inches) call for carefully checking dimensions, bolt pattern and load index before any purchase of tires or wheels.
