Vehicle model
Borgward Gamme Borgward - véhicules particuliers
The passenger car category refers mainly to Borgward's historic heritage. The Isabella sedan, launched in 1954, was one of the most popular German premium models of the 1950s and remains the brand's icon among collectors. The original group also produced cars under the Hansa, Goliath, and Lloyd brands, covering segments ranging from the small popular car to the upscale sedan. During the relaunch begun in 2014, however, Borgward chose to focus almost exclusively on SUVs rather than passenger sedans. These older vehicles circulate only as collector cars. For a classic vehicle of this type maintained in Quebec, period tires and wheels must respect the original dimensions; a certified winter fitment is required for any winter use on the road.

Heritage: the Isabella sedan (1950s) used a 4-cylinder gasoline engine and a classic architecture of the period. The modern relaunch favored SUV platforms rather than sedans, with no notable passenger car range of new touring vehicles.
