The electric and hybrid range sums up Galaxy's very identity, a brand dedicated exclusively to new-energy vehicles. It is split into two families: the fully electric "E" models (E5, E8) and the "L" / Starship / Starshine plug-in hybrid models. From its launch in 2023, Galaxy announced a rapid rollout of several electrified models, ranging from sedans to SUVs, in order to cover a wide range of needs. This range illustrates Geely's strategy of competing with the major Chinese players in electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, with very high announced combined hybrid ranges. These vehicles are not marketed in Quebec. For these electrified models, often heavier because of the batteries, choosing suitable tires is important: mountain-snowflake certified winter tires would be essential in Quebec, and rims of common diameter (17 to 19 inches) are to be expected.

Two approaches: fully electric on Geely platforms (GEA/SEA) with Aegis batteries, or NordThor EM-i plug-in hybrid combining a 1.5 L engine with efficiency of around 46.5% and a highly integrated and efficient 11-in-1 E-DHT electric assembly.

Les véhicules Galaxy étant des berlines, VUS et crossovers compacts à intermédiaires, ils utilisent généralement des montes de roues courantes dans ces segments, avec des jantes typiquement de 17 à 19 pouces et des pneus à profil moyen à bas. L'entraxe le plus répandu sur ce type de plateformes est le 5x114,3, mais il faut vérifier au cas par cas. Comme ces modèles ne sont pas vendus au Québec, les dimensions exactes ne sont pas standardisées localement; en cas d'importation, on se réfère aux indications de la portière. Pour rouler l'hiver au Québec, des pneus d'hiver homologués (pictogramme montagne-flocon) restent obligatoires et essentiels, surtout sur les versions électriques lourdes.
