Vehicle model
Infiniti G/Q50
The G lineage, launched with the G35 in 2003 and then continued by the G37, is the compact sport sedan-coupe that built Infiniti's reputation against the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes. Rear-wheel drive (or all-wheel drive), powered by the VQ V6 engines, it appeals to enthusiasts with its balance and character. In 2014, the G37 sedan became the Q50, which took up the torch with a more modern design and more technology. The Q50 remains today one of the last sedans in the lineup, targeting customers attached to driving and to the premium compact size. Tire/wheel note: these sport-oriented sedans run low-profile tires on 17- to 19-inch wheels, often in staggered fitments (front/rear) on the performance versions; in Quebec, quality winter tires are essential given the traction characteristics of rear-wheel drive.

Technologies, engines and platforms
Built on Nissan's FM rear-wheel-drive platform, the G/Q50 lineage uses the VQ V6 engines (3.5 L, 3.7 L) then, on the Q50, a 3.0 L twin-turbo V6 and a hybrid variant, with Direct Adaptive Steering and ProPILOT driver assistance on the recent versions.
Tires and wheels
Tire and wheel compatibility
