Nissan was a pioneer of the mainstream electric vehicle with the Leaf, launched in 2010 and long one of the best-selling electric cars in the world. The electrified lineup today includes the Leaf (affordable electric compact) and the Ariya, a stylishly designed electric crossover with good range, offered in rear-wheel drive or twin-motor all-wheel drive. On the hybrid side, Nissan is deploying its e-POWER technology, a "series" hybrid system in which the gasoline engine serves only as a generator to power the electric motor that drives the wheels; its third generation is arriving in North America. La gamme Nissan couvre une large plage de dimensions.
