Vehicle model
Skywell Gamme Skywell - électrique/hybride
Skywell was born as a new-energy vehicle brand: battery-electric power is the heart of its lineup, embodied by the ET5/BE11 SUV and the electric utility vehicles inherited from Nanjing Golden Dragon's bus business. More recently, Skyworth Auto broadened its Chinese catalog toward plug-in hybrids with the HT-i range, in order to offer extended range and a smoother transition for markets where charging remains a constraint. This dual approach (full-electric and plug-in hybrid) targets a public concerned with running costs and environmental footprint. In Quebec, where the cold climate affects electric range, winter use requires particular attention to battery management and to choosing winter tires suited to the weight and torque of these vehicles.

Technology
Technologies, engines and platforms
Fully battery-electric propulsion (motor of about 150 kW, lithium-ion batteries of 68 to 86 kWh, DC fast charging) for the main range, and a plug-in hybrid powertrain (HT-i) combining a combustion engine and an electric system to extend range.
Tires and wheels
Tire and wheel compatibility
