SsangYong Gamme SsangYong - électrique/hybride
SsangYong/KGM is developing a growing electrified lineup, distinct from its traditional combustion powertrains. It notably includes the Korando e-Motion, the brand's first electric vehicle; the Torres EVX, a mid-size electric SUV with a lithium-iron-phosphate battery (about 73 kWh) offering a certified range of up to roughly 500 km (WLTP); and the Musso EV pickup. These models target markets where regulation and demand favor electrification, such as Europe. They offer a pragmatic, accessible approach to electric mobility. None of these vehicles is marketed in North America, and they remain absent from the Quebec market. For the tire and wheel buyer, the electric models tend to use diameters from 17 to 19 inches; since electric vehicles are heavier and more demanding in torque, it is important to respect the original load and speed ratings. In Quebec, approved winter tires remain mandatory and particularly important to preserve range and grip in cold weather.

Comme SsangYong/KGM n'est pas distribuée en Amérique du Nord, ses véhicules sont rares au Québec, mais l'on peut en croiser sur le marché gris. Les VUS de la gamme utilisent généralement des jantes de 16 à 19 pouces selon le modèle et la finition (les plus petits comme le Tivoli en bas de gamme, le Rexton et le Torres en haut). Les entraxes (bolt pattern) varient d'un modèle à l'autre : il est essentiel de vérifier les dimensions exactes inscrites sur le flanc du pneu et la fiche du véhicule avant d'acheter pneus ou jantes. Comme pour tout véhicule au Québec, des pneus d'hiver homologués sont obligatoires et fortement recommandés vu la rudesse de la saison froide.
