Zotye also developed a "new energy" vehicle line, mostly small urban electric cars such as the E20, E30, E200, and E300. The E200, unveiled in 2015, was a compact electric city car advertised with a range of about 220 km according to the manufacturer, while the E30 targeted very short urban trips with a low-capacity battery. These models targeted low-cost short-range mobility in China and were not sold in Canada. For the tire and wheel buyer, these urban electrics generally use small-diameter wheels suited to the city; the exact size and bolt pattern must be checked on the vehicle. In Quebec, approved winter tires would remain mandatory in winter, and a tire suited to the battery load would be preferable.

La gamme Zotye couvre des utilitaires compacts et intermédiaires ainsi que des berlines, qui adoptent généralement des jantes de diamètre courant pour ce type de véhicule (souvent autour de 16 à 19 pouces selon la taille et la finition), tandis que les petites électriques urbaines utilisent des roues plus petites. Faute de fitment homologué localement, il faut impérativement vérifier la dimension exacte du pneu, le diamètre et l'entraxe (bolt pattern) inscrits sur le véhicule avant tout achat. Au Québec, des pneus d'hiver conformes sont obligatoires du 1er décembre au 15 mars, un point essentiel pour ces utilitaires et berlines.
