Tire installation prices by rim diameter
The rim diameter is the number after the "R" in your tire size: a 225/65R17 tire fits a 17-inch rim. The bigger the rim, the stiffer and heavier the tire is to handle, so the price goes up with the diameter. Here are our regular prices for 4 car, SUV or minivan tires:

Light truck (LT) tires: a separate grid
Light truck tires, recognizable by the "LT" at the start of their size (for example LT265/70R17), have thicker sidewalls and take more work to mount. They have their own grid, for a set of 4 tires:

Fewer than 4 wheels? The price per wheel
For 1 to 3 wheels, the vehicle still goes up on the lift, for fewer wheels. The price is therefore set per wheel:

What the installation price includes
The installation price covers all the work on your wheels:
- removing the wheels and dismounting the old tires;
- mounting the tires on your rims;
- balancing each wheel, always included;
- setting the cold pressure from the placard on the door;
- reinstalling the wheels on the vehicle.
When you buy tires with installation on our website, one new valve per installed tire is added, at $1 each. If you buy tire pressure sensors (TPMS) with your order, each sensor comes with its own valve and replaces a billed valve. If your vehicle already has sensors, mention it when you book.
Saturday installation: more slots, 50% surcharge
During winter tire season, the shop also opens on Saturdays: in 2026, from October 24 to November 28, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last appointment at 3 p.m.). Saturday is reserved for tire installation. We accept up to 4 installations per hour that day, compared with 2 on weekdays: it is the easiest day to get the time you want, especially in November, when weekdays fill up quickly.
Saturday installation carries a 50% surcharge. Example: 4 tires on 17-inch rims, $100 on a weekday, $150 on a Saturday. The exact amount appears at checkout before payment, and balancing is still included.
Tire and wheel packages: mounting and balancing included
Buying your tires and wheels together from us? Mounting the tires on the new wheels and balancing them are included. Only installing the mounted set on your vehicle is billed, at 50% of the regular price: for 4 tires and 4 wheels in 17 inches, installation comes to $50 instead of $100.

Studding: $25 per tire, one extra business day
If you often drive on ice, you can have new studdable winter tires studded, right from the cart: $25 per tire before taxes. The tires first go through our Laval shop for studding, which adds one business day before pickup, delivery or installation. According to Québec.ca, studded tires are allowed from October 15 to May 1 on passenger vehicles.
When installation is not offered or works differently
- Nokian tires: they are not delivered. You buy them online or in store, then pick them up or have them installed at our Laval shop.
- Light vehicles only: we install tires on cars, SUVs, minivans, pickups, vans and box trucks, on rims from 12 to 24 inches. Rims ending in .5 (16.5, 17.5, 19.5, 22.5 in.) and industrial, agricultural, ATV, motorcycle or side-by-side tires are sold without installation.
- Trailer tires: their installation has a fixed price per wheel, separate from the grid above, shown at checkout.
How to book your tire installation
- You buy your tires online: add them to the cart, choose installation, then pay for the order and the installation together. After payment, the confirmation link lets you pick your time slot, for example on a Saturday.
- You already have your tires: book on the appointment page. A $50 deposit confirms the slot and is applied to your final invoice.
- On the day: arrive a few minutes early, with your wheel lock key if your vehicle has locking nuts. Plan for a one-hour slot.
- After about 100 km: have the wheel nuts checked, as recommended for any wheel installation.
Cancelling less than 48 hours ahead or arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the slot; the full conditions are on our Tire installation in Laval page.
When should you get your winter tires installed?
In Quebec, winter tires are mandatory from December 1 to March 15. Many drivers have them installed as soon as temperatures stay around 7 °C, in late October or November.
