Denza D9
The Denza D9 is the luxury MPV (minivan) that relaunched the brand, launched in China in May 2022. A large 7-seat family vehicle (or very high-end 4-seat variants), it measures about 5.25 m long with a 3.11 m wheelbase, making it a direct competitor to the Toyota Alphard in the premium minivan segment. It comes in a fully electric (EV) version and a plug-in hybrid (DM-i) version, the latter offering very high combined range. The refined cabin features numerous massaging captain's chairs, screens, and comfort equipment. The D9 has been exported to Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Australia, but is not sold in North America. On the tire side, it comes standard with 235/60R18; its weight and family use make a set of winter tires relevant in cold climates like Quebec.

Les Denza chaussent des jantes de grand diamètre, typiques des véhicules premium et électriques lourds. Le monospace D9 reçoit d'origine du 235/60R18 (jantes 18 pouces), tandis que le VUS N7 monte des 19 pouces (235/50R19 à l'avant, 255/45R19 à l'arrière) ou des 20 pouces (245/45R20) selon la version. Comme les autres véhicules BYD, l'entraxe est généralement de 5x114,3 mm. Le poids élevé et le couple instantané des motorisations électriques accélèrent l'usure : des pneus à indice de charge adapté sont essentiels. Au Québec, des pneus d'hiver montés sur un second train de jantes (souvent en diamètre inférieur, pour le confort et le coût) restent vivement recommandés.
