Haval H9
The Haval H9 is the brand's most rugged SUV: a large body-on-frame, seven-seat off-roader launched in 2014, with a second generation appearing in 2024. Designed for serious off-roading and towing, it targets adventure enthusiasts and families needing a capable vehicle, positioned against the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and Mitsubishi Pajero. It offers all-wheel drive with several driving modes (snow, mud, sand, 4L mode) and off-road assistance features. Its off-road character favors reasonable-diameter wheels fitted with tall-sidewall tires, ideal for absorbing rough terrain; in Quebec, rugged winter tires are strongly recommended. The H9 is not officially distributed in Canada or the United States.
