Vehicle model
Hongqi H9
The H9 is Hongqi's flagship sedan, a large luxury model about 5.14 m long intended to compete with premium sedans in the segment of large executive cars. It carries the brand's design cues: an imposing vertical grille, a sleek silhouette, and a highly refined cabin, with particularly well-appointed rear seats (ventilation, heating, massage) that recall Hongqi's official role. Rear-wheel drive and equipped with a rear multi-link suspension featuring German-designed damping, it prioritizes comfort. The H9 is sold in China, the Middle East, and for export, but remains absent from the North American market. As a large sedan, it is fitted with large-diameter wheels; in Quebec, it would require certified winter tires, to be sized according to the exact sidewall marking and the actual bolt pattern of the wheels.
