Vehicle model
Jaguar XJ
The XJ is Jaguar's flagship full-luxury sedan, whose lineage dates back to 1968. Across its generations, it embodied the brand's top of the range, combining refinement, comfort and road presence, competing with models such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the BMW 7 Series. The most recent generations adopted an aluminum structure for weight reduction and a more contemporary style. The XJ also existed in a long-wheelbase version and in sporty variants. Its production ended around 2019, with Jaguar reserving the XJ name for a possible future electric model. A large-format sedan with generous-diameter wheels, the XJ requires a dedicated set of winter tires in Quebec, ideally of slightly reduced diameter for comfort and grip on snow.
