Yangwang Gamme Yangwang - utilitaires ou VUS
Yangwang's sport-utility family is embodied by the U8, a large plug-in hybrid adventure SUV launched in China in April 2023, and its long-wheelbase variant the U8L (2025). Positioned in the luxury segment above one million yuan, these vehicles target customers seeking prestige, extreme off-road capability and cutting-edge technology all at once. The U8 became known for spectacular demonstrations: rotating in place, continuing along the road after a tire blowout, and brief flotation, made possible by the four-motor e4 platform. These imposing and heavy SUVs ride on large wheels (22 inches as standard, up to 23 inches on the U8L) with wide 275/50R22-type tires. They are not sold in North America. For winter use in Quebec, such an electrified vehicle would require approved winter tires suited to its high weight.

Les Yangwang sont de gros véhicules lourds chaussés en grand diamètre : le VUS U8 reçoit d'origine des pneus de type 275/50R22 (jante de 22 pouces), avec une variante 275/60R20 en 20 pouces; les versions allongées et les berlines peuvent monter jusqu'en 22 ou 23 pouces. Vu la masse et le couple instantané des motorisations électriques, l'indice de charge et de vitesse des pneus est crucial. Comme ces véhicules ne sont pas vendus au Québec, les dimensions précises restent indicatives; pour tout véhicule électrifié roulant l'hiver ici, des pneus d'hiver homologués (pictogramme montagne/flocon) adaptés à la charge sont essentiels, idéalement montés sur un second train de jantes pour préserver les grandes jantes d'origine.
