Accuride Steel Wheels

The Steel Wheels line covers the disc steel wheels that form the historic core of Accuride, North America's largest supplier of medium/heavy wheels and demountable rims. Built by stamping and welding, they cover medium- and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, buses, and specialized applications, in typical heavy-duty diameters (notably 22.5 in). The range includes Extra Service Wheels (ESW) for severe duty, the wide DupleX-One wheel replacing duals, and the ISO/European-compliant Ultramount 335. Powder finishes, including Steel Armor, target corrosion resistance—a real asset in Quebec, where salt and calcium attack steel in winter. Main advantage: lower purchase cost and tolerance for abuse, making it a logical choice for a fleet, vocational use, or a second set dedicated to the harsh months. Fitment remains strictly commercial: bolt pattern, center bore, and load rating must match the intended heavy-duty vehicle.
