The R50 Aero is Ronal's aerodynamic interpretation, with cult status: a nearly fully smooth surface to minimize drag and improve efficiency, radial spokes that still ensure brake ventilation, and the closed, sculpted profile from which it takes its name. Made of quality aluminum to stay light and strong, it comes in either cast or flow-formed construction depending on the reference. It is typically found from 16 to 18 inches, in 4- and 5-hole bolt patterns depending on the application, with black, black/polished-face, full-polish, or gold/polished-rim finishes. It targets compacts and sedans focused on efficiency and clean styling, and also appeals to the youngtimer scene.
