The XXR 551 is a concave evolution presented as the redesign of the 522, with a reworked spoke design, a deep lug pocket, and a flush center cap. Multi-spoke and light for a cast wheel, it offers pronounced widths that favor flush fitment and tire stretch, with enough clearance for large brake calipers, including on the Evo and STI. Widely common in 18x8.75 with a +36 offset, a 73.1 mm bore, and 5x100 or 5x114.3 bolt patterns, it's especially popular on Subaru platforms but is available in several sizes for other vehicles.
