The Aventador is Lamborghini's mid-engine V12 supercar, launched in 2011 as the LP 700-4 to succeed the Murciélago. Les Lamborghini chaussent des pneus de très grand diamètre et à profil bas, avec montage étagé (pneus arrière plus larges que l'avant) sur les modèles sport. L'Urus utilise couramment des jantes de 21, 22 et 23 pouces. Les voitures sport comme la Huracán emploient des dimensions ultra-performance en 19-20 pouces. L'entraxe (bolt pattern) le plus fréquent est en 5 trous, partagé avec d'autres modèles du groupe Volkswagen. Au Québec, le passage à des pneus d'hiver homologués est essentiel et obligatoire : il faut privilégier des dimensions hiver adaptées, souvent sur jantes de diamètre inférieur, pour préserver l'adhérence par temps froid.
