Vehicle model
Triumph Gamme Triumph - électrique/hybride
Triumph never produced an electric or hybrid vehicle. The carmaker ceased all activity in 1984, that is, before the arrival of mainstream electrified powertrains. Its entire lineup was based on rear-wheel-drive gasoline engines. There is therefore no factory plug-in or hybrid Triumph; only a few private electric conversion projects of old Spitfires or TRs exist, outside the manufacturer's scope. For a buyer, a Triumph remains a gasoline-powered collector car. In terms of tires and wheels, nothing distinguishes these hypothetical conversions from the original models: small 13- to 15-inch wheels and classic touring tires. No constraint specific to electrified vehicles applies. Like the other Triumphs, these cars are generally stored away during the Quebec winter and not fitted with winter tires.
