AL13 Wheels Duo Block
The Duo Block is AL13's signature construction: a two-piece assembly that merges the frontispiece (the face of the wheel) with the forged outer barrel halves. The goal is to combine the aesthetic of a three-piece wheel (visible barrel, exposed hardware, depth of concavity) with the rigidity and ride quality of a one-piece monoblock. Forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, it offers more consistent behavior than a true three-piece while still allowing great latitude for customizing widths and offsets. The Duo Block is not a style series in itself but a construction method available on several AL13 models (R, C, AeroDisc series). It is aimed at customers who want the look of a multi-piece wheel without certain sealing or weight compromises.
