Vehicle model
Ferrari LaFerrari
LaFerrari, introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013, is Ferrari's first hybrid hypercar and the marque's technological flagship. Produced in 499 units (plus an open-top Aperta series), it illustrates Ferrari's move to electrification at the highest level. It combines a naturally aspirated V12 with a Formula 1-derived hybrid system (HY-KERS) for a combined output of about 963 hp, the electric motor supporting the V12 during hard acceleration. A collector's item from its launch, LaFerrari trades at prices far above its original sticker. Reserved for exceptional and track use, it is not intended for winter. It fits very wide low-profile high-performance tires, in a staggered setup on large wheels, whose specific dimensions must imperatively be respected.
